Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods, such as sales, product drops, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays
Godlyvibez Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high volume, or customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • Godlyvibez Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen.
  • If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please:
    1. Verify your shipping address.
    2. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
    3. Contact the local carrier to file a claim.
    4. Reach out to us if you need assistance with carrier documentation.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages lost due to carrier handling.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. These fees are not included in your order total.
  • Customs processing may delay delivery.
  • If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
