Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval.
- Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in original condition
- Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, smoke, or damage
- Include original packaging (if applicable) and tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and returned to the customer upon request.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Discounted promotional items
- Limited drops or exclusive collections (unless otherwise stated)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Custom or personalized items
All final sale items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
For international customers, please be aware that return shipping costs may be higher. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
